Product Specification :

Suitable for PVC pipes as per IS:4985 and IS:128518 for plain and elastomeric ting socket.

Pipe is placed on machine and cycle start is given. Rest of the operations are automatic.

Automatic heating and belling cycle. Oven is having finned tube heaters and duly insulated from outside to prevent heat loss. Length of pipe to be heated is adjustable according to size of pipe. Pipe rotated by elect motor while heating. Pipe is hold in clamps and socketing mandrel is pushed inside by pneumatic/hydraulic cylinder. Socket is cooled by water spray. Pipe is auto ejected after set cooling time.
